Weekend Confessions

Nothing too spectacular this weekend for the Williams.  Just some nice relaxation...

  • Friday we celebrated Deena and Melissa's Birthdays by eating out at PF Chang's.  I recommend the Lemon Chicken..
  • Saturday, Denira and I went to Emory and Henry in Virgina for her good friend Jodie's wedding.  It was a nice ceremony with a great setting.  We hung out at the reception for a bit, but had to leave because I couldn't stop critiquing the DJ! Ha!
  • Sunday we worshipped with some friends and had an interesting discussion about getting off the milk and into the meat.  Getting called to the carpet on Sunday morning is a nice change of pace!
  • Sunday afternoon, my brother Jarrett and I went fishing and I think we broke the record for most bass caught in a single day!  It was nuts!  Got a hit on almost every cast...insane fishing the past few weeks!
  • Had a chance to catch Perry Noble's message on One Prayer and it totally rocked my socks!  He spoke exactly what I've been thinking for a while now...it's time to be DANGEROUS!
  • The demo for NCAA Football for the 360 came out this weekend and I can't wait till I get the real deal when it comes out in July!
  • My boys Brightgray won the Atlanta Fest Battle of the Bands contest in the A T L this past weekend.  If you haven't heard them yet, why are you still reading this?  Go!
  • Speaking of winning...Chris "the thrill" Hill and Nick "the vanilla killa" Miller won the Marble City Film Festival contest with one hilarious entry.  You can check out their video HERE
